Patient had a case of bottoming out. The old implants were about 600cc, placed above the muscle, they were replaced with smaller 475cc MP saline and placed under the muscle. Patient also had a vertical (lollipop) lift. Notice how the incisions faded over time. Her breast revision was with plastic surgeon and specialist, Dr. Joseph Cruise in Newport Beach, Orange County.
