This is a 32-yr old male patient had male breast reduction surgery with Dr. Joseph Cruise in California. He was very involved in sports and started experimenting with testosterone boosters in his early twenties. After several years, he started to notice changes in the appearance of his chest. After years of struggling to define and alter the shape of his chest, he knew surgery was the only answer. Dr. Cruise classified him as a Type 1 mild gynecomastia with mild puffy nipples. His issue was glandular tissue only which was removed through a small inferior crescent incision in the lower margin of the areolas. He is 4 months post-op in the after photos
