This 50-year-old patient struggled for many years with not wanting to take off his shirt in public and would go to great lengths to hide his chest with his clothing. His goals for surgery were a firmer, flatter, more masculine chest that would help improve his self-image. We are pleased to report he now has the chest he always wanted. His only regret, not having surgery much sooner. He is 8 months post-op in his after photos.
